The space shuttle Discovery attached to its 747 transport passes over the nation's capital. It will land in Washington D.C. to become an exhibit at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. Discovery, along with the rest of the shuttle fleet, has been retired from active service after 32 years of operations.
