The cabin of a self-propelled semi-submersible (SPSS) interdicted by U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WMSL 755) crewmembers in the Eastern Pacific Ocean on June 18, 2019. The Coast Guard boarded the suspected smuggling vessel in international waters resulting in the seizure of nearly 17,000 pounds of cocaine from the SPSS worth an estimated $232 million.
