Sgt. 1st Class Billy Conley, an Army Reserve instructor from the 94th Training Division, briefs the plan to conduct vehicle maneuvers and equipment checks on an obstacle course designed for the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle on Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, July 22, 2019.
