    A member of the U.S. Coast Guard guides a HWMMV into position behind a C-130 at Barbers Point Naval Air Station, April 11, 2012. The aircraft belongs to the Coast Guard, the vehicle to the U.S. Army Pacific Contingency Command Post, Humanitarian Assistance Survey Team who are at Barbers Point taking part in a load exercise. The USARPAC CCP HAST is a rapidly deployable team of from 6-14 soldiers, with specific skill sets, who can be on the ground anywhere in the Pacific within 24 hours to determine how the U.S. military can best provide relief support after a disaster.
