Semester 19-4 featured students who represented the countries: Belize, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, Ecuador, and Trinidad and Tobago. These students studied in courses that covered the full spectrum of operations to include maintenance, tactical procedures and strategic planning.

NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under United States Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic Combatant Commanders' Theater Security Cooperation priorities. NAVSCIATTS courses of instruction include operations, repairs, sustainment of craft (both riverine and littoral), communications, weapons, small unit tactics, range safety, UAS, intel fusion operations as well as follow-on Partner Nation instructor development for all of the aforementioned courses. While the name implies, "naval" and "small craft," more than half of the current courses apply to any security force.

NAVSCIATTS trains and educates foreign Special Operations Forces, SOF-like forces and SOF enablers across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums through in-residence and Mobile Training Team Courses of Instruction; and serves as USSOCOM's premier Security Force Assistance training asset. More than 12,000 students from more than 120 Partner Nations have trained with this Naval Special Warfare command since 1963.
