Vice Adm. Mark Fox visits Royal Thai Navy Capt. Bhanupan Sappraset and Netherlands Navy Cmdr. Anthonie Boon, both from Combined Task Force (CTF) 151, aboard the British Royal Fleet Auxiliary replenishment oiler RFA Fort Victoria (A387) after the change of command ceremony for Combined Task Force (CTF) 151. The task force was established in January 2009 and was set up to deter, disrupt and suppress piracy, protect maritime vessels and international trade, and secure freedom of navigation for the benefit of all.
