CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - U.S. Navy Cdr. Andrew E. Anderson, commander, Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 11 Forward, officer in charge of Combined Task Group (CTG) 68.6, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, is relieved by Cdr. Kimberly R. Martinez, commander, Coastal Riverine Squadron ONE Forward, during a change of charge ceremony held at the base multipurpose facility, July 13, 2019. CTG-68.6 is forward-deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and conducts joint and naval operations, from Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
