Service members from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy unload supplies July 10, 2019, so they can provide no-cost care to the citizens of Cortland and Chenango counties in New York as part of an Innovative Readiness Training. The IRT mission is comprised of Active Duty Air Force, Army, Navy, Reserves and National Guard troops working alongside our local community partners to bring health care and veterinary services to the local communities.
