U.S. Army Solders of Medical Company (MEDCO), Task Force Sinai (TFS) stand in formation during the MEDCO change of command ceremony at South Camp, Egypt, July 8, 2019. 1st Sgt. Nicolle Clarke, the MEDCO first sergeant, stands at the head of the formation in preparation of the transfer of command. MEDCO’s dispensaries are operated at both camps and flight medics and surgeons are available for all medical evacuation operations. Soldiers are assigned for nine or twelve-month tours of duty and rotate individually or in small groups each month. They participate in the full range of MFO activities including the many opportunities for educational, athletic, cultural, and social development.
