U.S. Navy Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 Seabees lay the foundation for the consultative health clinic here April 5. The purpose of the clinic is to provide maternity services for local women. The Seabees, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, work throughout the country constructing clinics and other buildings in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, whose mission includes enhancing partner nation capacity.
