U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Sacha Butts, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, nails boards April 5 for the foundation of the consultative health clinic the Seabees are building here. The purpose of the clinic is to provide maternity services for local women. The Seabees, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, work throughout the country constructing clinics and other buildings in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, whose mission includes enhancing partner nation capacity.
