U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Robert Manzano, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, chisels off excess wood on the foundation of the consultative health clinic here April 5. The purpose of the clinic is to provide maternity services for local women. The Seabees, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, work throughout the country constructing clinics and other buildings in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, whose mission includes enhancing partner nation capacity.
