U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Orrin Sewell (right), Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, measures rebar April 5 for use in the foundation of the consultative health clinic the Seabees are building here. The purpose of the clinic is to provide maternity services for local women. The Seabees, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, work throughout the country constructing clinics and other buildings in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, whose mission includes enhancing partner nation capacity.
