YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 9, 2019) – Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan/Navy Region Command, Rear Adm. Gregory Fenton, departs a change of command ceremony for Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). Fenton was the guest speaker at the event that was attended by more than 350 area Sailors and host-nation guests. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
