U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Dominic Ingle, the 173rd Fighter Wing command chief, assumed authority in September 2018. Over the course of those months he has developed three main priorities for the enlisted force at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Oregon: Airmanship, feedback, and mentoring. Airmanship is an adherence to the values that have made the force successful thus far: the core values, the internalization of the mission and the ability to pass the profession of arms from senior members to the youngest, newest members of the wing.
