Future training noncommissioned officers from across the National Guard began their first day of instruction with an exercise in introductions. The 30 Soldiers attending the ARNG Unit Training NCO Course paired up and asked each other four of the five W's, who, what, where, when and one fun fact, so they could introduce their partner to the class. The Human Resources and Readiness Training Center course at the National Guard Professional Education Center teaches the roles and responsibilities required to be Unit Trainers. The class, held on Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Ark., July 8 - 12, 2019, is designed for Soldiers who have been assigned training NCO duties and responsibilities within the last 12 months.
