U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors place and align concrete-filled bollards in Bowl A on June 20, 2019. The Corps is supporting the Department of Homeland Security's request to build additional border barrier near San Diego. This project is for new border barrier in the U.S. Border Patrol's San Diego Sector, which is funded by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and executed by USACE.
