SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, California (June 16, 2019) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Levi T. Longley, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses the 924 Loader to load material onto a dump to be transported. This material will be used to fix the roads that were weather damaged. NMCB 4 is forward-deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief and to provide general engineering and civil support to U.S. and joint forces.
