Capt. Douglas M. Bridges Jr., commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), welcomes Brazilian navy Cmdr. Renato Cesar during a visit to NAVSUP BSC, July 1. Cesar, a Brazilian navy Supply Corps officer, is currently working with NAVSUP BSC as part of the Navy Personnel Exchange Program (PEP). The PEP serves as an opportunity to enhance interoperability with partner navies and services; fosters a mutual appreciation for the policies and doctrines of their respective services; and encourages confidence, understanding, and respect necessary to strengthen relationships between participating military services.
