ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 30, 2019) Health Specialist 1st Class Jose Madera, assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard Tall Ship Eagle (WIX 327), explains how to use a stokes litter to Coast Guard Academy Cadets during medical training on the ship's waist. Eagle is a tall ship used as a training platform for future Coast Guard Academy officers as well as a vessel for establishing and maintaining domestic and international relationships.
