Tech Sgt. Matthew Milne, 140th security forces, explains the capabilities and functions of the mobile firearms simulator to personnel from Jordan and Saudi Arabia during a Jordanian State Partnership Program here at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., 28 June, 2018. Royal Jordanian Armed Forces air base defense military members joined Colorado National Guard security force members as part of a State Partnership Program in Colorado as part of our peer to peer exchange in order to share tactics, techniques, and procedures on base defense. Saudi Arabia also had representatives from the ministry of defense to observe how the SPP program works between a U.S. country and a Middle Eastern country because of the Saudi interest in possibly becoming a SPP partner.
