Master-at-Arms Petty Officer 2nd Class James Brown assists Sonar Technician (Surface) Seaman Apprentice Luke Gelsinger, from USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54), to an emergency vehicle during Exercise Citadel Pacific 2019 at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), June 24. The annual exercise is designed to enhance the training, readiness and capability of Navy security forces in order to effectively respond to threats to the installation. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
