Retired Gen. Maury Edmonds, commander of 5th Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment during the unit's 1970 actions in Cambodia, says a few words at the movie screening for "Shakey's Hill" at the Vietnam Veterans Homecoming Celebration Welcome Dinner March 30. The movie, in which Edmonds speaks, depicts the battles of his men that led to capturing a cache containing 200 tons of weapons and ammunitions that would have been used to resupply the North Vietnamese Army.
