Soldiers from the 557th Medical Company Area Support in collaboration with Soldiers from the 141st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade and the 12th Aviation Brigade conducted a mass casualty exercise on June 21, 2019 as part of Saber Guardian 19 in Bordusani, Romania. The casualties were cared for by medics in Bordusani before airlifted to Slobozia. Saber Guardian 19 is an exercise co-led by the Romanian Joint Force Command and U.S. Army Europe, taking place from June 3-24 at various locations in Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania.
