Senior Chief Yeoman Edward Harris, a member of the honor guard, presents Kenjiro Babb the national ensign during his father's memorial service at Naval Air Facility Atsugi's Chapel. Joe Babb served 27 years in the U.S. Navy and saw action during WWII and the Vietnam War. Babb continued his service to the Navy after retirement through his assistance as the NAF Atsugi's Retiree Assistance Officer from 1996 to 2012.
