Brig. Gen. Brian Cashman, Vice Director of J5 Strategy, Plans & Policy, spoke to Warrior Games competitors and their friends and family during a mixer sponsored by The Fisher House Foundation. He made a connection between the skills the wounded warriors learned in the military and how they were approaching their training in preparation for competition. The 2019 Department of Defense (DoD) Warrior Games will be held June 21 to 30 in Tampa Bay, Florida. Approximately 300 wounded, ill and injured service members and veterans will participate in the Paralympic-style competition. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Shawn Sprayberry)
