Navigating Officer, Sub-Lieutenant Devon Creighton has control of ships movements to bring HMCS Goose Bay alongside the jetty in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, in preperation for the final part of Exercise TRADEWINDS 2019 on 20 June 2019.
In its 35th year, 22 nations are participating in Exercise TRADEWINDS to promote regional security as well as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
