YN3(SW/AW) Artavius Balloon, assigned to the USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) re-enlisted aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship, USS Wisconsin (BB-64). The ceremony was hosted by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, one of ten museums under the Naval History and Heritage Command.
