Tech. Sgt. William Morgan, 204th Airlift Squadron loadmaster, secures a Dagor Ultra-light Combat Vehicle June 17, 2019, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. A Hawaii Air National Guard aircrew airdropped Hundreds of Soldiers assigned to 2nd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, and a pallet of equipment during exercise Swift Response 19. The drop was conducted by a formation of aircraft from Canada, Italy, Spain, NATO and other U.S. units. The annual training event is led by U.S. Army Europe and entails a series of airborne operations in Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania from June 13-25. Participation in multinational exercises like Swift Response enhances professional relationships and improves overall coordination with allies and partners during a crisis.
