Col. Tracy Hunter, 39th Mission Support Group commander, pins the meritorious service medal on Maj. Francine Kwarteng, 39th Logistics Readiness Squadron outgoing commander, during the 39th LRS change of command ceremony June 13, 2019, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.
