NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (June 18, 2019) Lt. Deron Spencer, from Winnsboro, Texas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) reactor department, is pinned to his current rank by Lt. Cmdr. Tim Roe, Ford's reactor maintenance officer, during a promotion ceremony in the ship's Inport cabin.
