190616-M-YD783-1190 LITHUANIA (June 16, 2019) Romanian Marines exit a landing craft, utility vessel as a part of an amphibious landing demonstration during the final event of NATO exercise Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 2019 in Lithuania on June 16, 2019. U.S. and foreign Marines took part in BALTOPS to develop and expand upon international relationships. BALTOPS is the premier annual maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic region and one of the largest exercises in Northern Europe enhancing flexibility and interoperability among allied and partner nations.
