[Left] Maj. Gen. Keith L. Thurgood, deputy commander, U.S. Army Reserve Command, is given a tour of various military installations in Kuwait by Col. Fred Maiocco, officer in charge of support operations for the 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, an Army Reserve unit from Marysville, Wash. Thurgood and other members of the Army Reserve’s senior leadership came to Camp Arifjan to discuss future operations in the Army Reserve and speak with soldiers about the importance of meeting the Army standard, and the need for soldiers to strive to be as efficient and effective as possible.
