Germaine McCall, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) life support investigator, tosses a bucket to a local worker during a recovery mission in Thua Thien Hue province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, June 7, 2019. McCall and nine other service members excavated the site with and DPAA partners for nearly 45 days, searching for three missing soldiers who were killed in action during the Vietnam War.
