Stacey Wakefield of the North Carolina Air National Guard presented Mr. Mendlik with the ESGR Patriotic Employer Award at the Wells Fargo Charlotte Customer Information Center, NC, June 14, 2019. The Patriotic Employer Award is the first level that an employer can be nominated for, and reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide-range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.
