Fitness extraordinaire Sean Vigue visited the Fort McCoy NCO Academy on 24 March 2017 and led our unit in physical training. He showed us basic and advance Yoga moves. As a son of a former Soldier, Sean V knows the fitness needs of Soldiers. We would like to thank Sean V for his continued dedication and support of our Academy.
