Air Force Senior Airman Alyssa Phillips, a medical technician for the DAEOC Tri-State Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) 2019, administers a visual acuity test on a patient June 14, 2019, as a part of the no-cost services provided during the IRT at Ballard Memorial High School in Barlow, Ky. Medical technicians from active and reserve components of the Air Force and Navy will conduct critical training to ensure mission readiness and also provide no-cost healthcare to the local community.
