190613-N-LX838-0031 BALTIC SEA (June 13, 2019) Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Quentin Woods greases the bifilar of an MH-60S Seahawk assigned to the DET one "Ghostriders" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28, on the flight deck of the Blue Ridge-class command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) in support of exercise Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 2019. BALTOPS is the premier annual maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Region, marking the 47th year of one of the largest exercises in Northern Europe enhancing flexibility and interoperability among allied and partner nations.
