Carlos Cruz, with Alpha Company, 628th Aviation Support Battalion, 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade sling load a Humvee to a CH-47 Chinook helicopter operated by Soldiers with Bravo Company, 2-104th General Support Aviation Battalion, 28th ECAB at Fort Indiantown Gap, June 12, 2019. Staff Sgt. Ron Shoemaker, right, instructed the Soldiers on correct sling load procedures. The Humvees were flown to Schuylkill County Joe Zerbey Airport and driven back to Fort Indiantown Gap.
