Sedric Franklin transports a case containing possible remains of U.S. service members lost during WWII in Papua New Guinea during an honorable carry at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, June 11, 2019. The remains will be examined by forensic anthropologists and odontologists at DPAA’s skeletal identification laboratory in hopes of making an identification.
