Maj. Gen. Steven A. Shapiro, Commanding General, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, Kaiserslautern, Germany, and Command Sgt. Maj. Rocky L. Carr, 21st TSC senior enlisted advisor, arrive to the Multinational Civil-Military Co-operation (CIMIC) Center (MNCC), Ocsa, Hungary, June 12. The MNCC tracks the activities of CIMIC and Civil Affairs teams operating in support of NATO and U.S. Army Europe exercises including Immediate Response, Saber Guardian and Swift Response.
