U.S. Army Reserve Cpt. Douglas Magill, 221st Public Affairs Detachment Commander, 361st Civil Affairs Brigade, Kaiserslautern, Germany, instructs U.S. and NATO Soldiers on engagement techniques at the Multinational Civil-Military Co-operation (CIMIC) Center (MNCC), Ócsa, Hungary, June 11. The MNCC tracks CIMIC and Civil Affairs elements operating in support of NATO and U.S. Army Europe exercises including Immediate Response, Saber Guardian and Swift Response. These exercises utilize a common collective defense scenario focused on furthering partner capacity and improving interoperability.
