190610-N-JK118-1012 SOUTH CHINA SEA (June 10, 2019) Damage Controlman 3rd Class Connor Skelton, from Saint Cloud, Florida, transports Peri-Jet and S-type eductors in the First Class mess aboard the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The Peri-Jet and S-type eductors are portable dewatering primarily used to pump water from compartments during flooding casualties. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force, which protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
