ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 10, 2019) - Operations Specialist Seaman Caleb Rhoads maintains communication with a piloting officer in the combat information center aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) in the Strait of Dover, June 10, 2019. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its eighth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
