    Billy Hedgepeth, a Kinston, N.C., native and an international police adviser, supervises the processing of a mock crime scene by Iraqi policemen from Baghdad's Kharada District during the first Primary Leadership Development Course for Iraqi police on Forward Operating Base Rustamiyah in eastern Baghdad, Aug. 20. Soldiers from 759th Military Police Battalion, 89th MP Brigade, coordinated the training, which allows the Iraqi police to learn from experienced American law enforcement professionals.
