Yima Moore, mayor of Princeton Borough (left front), Maj. Gen. William D. R. Waff, commanding general 99th Regional Support Command (left back), Chad Goerner, mayor of Princeton Township (right front), and Robert Maguire, civilian aide to the Secretary of the Army for New Jersey (right back) approaches the president's grave on a crimson carpet and presented a wreath of scarlet and white carnations threaded with brilliant blue irises and festooned with ribbons to honor the legacy of the first democrat elected after the Civil War, a president of firsts throughout the country and in the White House during a special memorial wreath laying ceremony commemorating the 175th birthday of President Grover Cleveland. The 99th Regional Support Command acts as a “virtual installation” that provides world-class base operations support to over 50,000 Army Reserve soldiers, 400 units and 300 facilities for the entire Northeast Region from Maine to Virginia for the Army Reserve in order to give our Warrior-Citizens and their families the finest care, support, services and training.
