ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 6, 2019) - Seaman Charles Chapmon maintains communications aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) during a replenishment-at-sea with the Henry J. Kaiser-class fleet replenishment oiler USNS Kanawha (T-AO 196) in the Atlantic Ocean, June 6, 2019. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its eighth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
