Ipung Purwadi, commanding general, 2nd Marine Force, Indonesian Marine Corps, at the Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium (PALS) in Honolulu, June 5, 2019. PALS 2019 consists of a series of presentations and discussions on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief scenarios and operations. Engagements in the Indo-Pacific such as PALS improve cohesion and interoperability of allies and partners throughout the region and pave the way for enhanced security and stability, which supports prosperity for all.
