Sailors from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit steer a landing craft air cushion towards dry land here March 20. Three separate landing craft air cushion spent the morning shuffling back and forth between the port and USS Makin Island, transporting tactical vehicles including Abrams M1A1 tanks brought here for repairs.
