Staff Sgt. Jose Licona coaches Lance Cpl. Jesse Schremmer how to improve his shooting during a recreational fire event at Weapons Training Battalion at Marine Corps Base Quantico June 7, 2019. Nearly 15 people participated, shooting various types of pistols and rifles. The recreational fire is held every other Friday for Department of Defense employees, and service members and their spouses. Licona, hailing from Miami, Florida, is the training chief for the battalion. Schremmer, from St. Augustine, Florida, and is a graphics specialist with Marine Corps Base Quantico’s Communication Strategy and Operations section.
